Humans are resilient, there’s no doubt… but sometimes challenges in our work and personal lives start to get on top of us, and we could all do with a bit of a reset! In this one hour introductory session we’ll review:

– The impact of resilience
– Three keys to start developing resilience at work
This session is great as a stand-alone session run during a lunch and learn, or as a part of a wellness or health week. It can also be used as an introductory session to our 7-Weeks to Performance, Resilience and Wellbeing Programme or one-to-one coaching.
