MINDFULNESS AT WORK DROP-INS
Our workplace drop-in sessions can be a really productive way to take a break. Not just a temporary change of pace and a way to revitalize, but a way to add the creativity back in to your day.
These drop-in sessions can be run on any schedule, daily, weekly or monthly typically for between 30 and 60 minutes. Although ideally the mindfulness practitioner and the attendees are in the same room together, the sessions can also be run online, which is ideal for staff who are traveling or otherwise working away from the office.
Often we help you start the process of running regular drop-ins, and work with one or two people inside the organisation who are keen to take over.
